Rent ECO2JET CO2 Cryo Jet Simulators for Concerts, Events, Festivals & Productions

If you’re looking to create the massive visual impact of a traditional CO2 cryo jet without the logistics of transporting, storing, and connecting cumbersome CO2 tanks, renting an ECO2JET may be the perfect solution. ECO2JET-style effects have quickly become a popular option for concerts, festivals, nightclubs, sporting events, corporate productions, touring shows, and other live entertainment applications.

An ECO2JET is a CO2 cryo jet simulator designed to create an effect that closely resembles the powerful white plume produced by a traditional high-pressure CO2 jet. Instead of requiring large CO2 cylinders or bulk CO2 systems, ECO2JET-style machines use a combination of high-pressure air and specially designed, quick-evaporating fog fluid to generate a fast-moving white plume.

The result is a dramatic cryo-style effect with significantly simplified logistics.

What Is an ECO2JET? Understanding the Generic Term

There can be some confusion surrounding the term ECO2JET or EcoJet because many people in the entertainment and special-effects industries use “EcoJet” as a generic term when referring to this category of CO2 cryo jet simulators.

When a customer searches online for an EcoJet rental, ECO2JET rental, or asks to “rent EcoJets,” they may not necessarily be referring to one specific manufacturer or model. In many cases, they are simply looking for a machine that produces the appearance and impact of a traditional CO2 cryo jet without requiring conventional CO2 tanks.

There are numerous manufacturers, brands, makes, and models of machines designed to produce this type of effect. The technology, output, pressure, control capabilities, fluid systems, and overall performance can vary from one manufacturer and model to another.

For this reason, when discussing renting ECO2JET machines, it is important to focus on the effect and application rather than assuming that every EcoJet-style machine is exactly the same.

Why Rent ECO2JET Cryo Jet Simulators?

Traditional CO2 effects can look incredible, but they require additional equipment and planning. CO2 cylinders are heavy, take up valuable truck and backstage space, require regulators and high-pressure hoses, and must be refilled or exchanged as they are depleted.

When you rent ECO2JET machines, you can achieve a very similar visual effect without having to manage large quantities of compressed CO2.

ECO2JET rentals can be especially useful for touring productions, where reducing freight, equipment weight, setup time, and consumable logistics can make a major difference from one venue to the next. They are also an excellent option for venues and productions where access to CO2 cylinders may be limited or where traditional CO2 logistics simply aren’t practical.

Different Makes and Models of ECO2JET-Style Machines

It is important to understand that there are many different makes and models of EcoJet-style CO2 cryo jet simulators available throughout the professional special-effects industry.

Manufacturers producing equipment within this general category include MAGIC FX, Showven, Chauvet, SparkFabrica, Antari, Elation, and others.

Different machines can vary considerably in plume height, output volume, pressure, fluid consumption, noise level, control options, power requirements, mounting configurations, physical size, and overall performance.

This is another reason why searching for an ECO2JET rental near you or a company that specializes in professional special-effects rentals can be helpful. An experienced provider can recommend the appropriate machine based on the size of the venue, stage configuration, production requirements, desired plume, and number of units required.

ECO2JET Rentals for Touring and Live Events

ECO2JET rentals are ideal for productions looking for powerful special effects without adding unnecessary logistical complications. Multiple units can be positioned across a stage to create synchronized blasts, chases, accents, and other effects timed with music, lighting, video, or production cues.

Common applications include:

• Concerts and touring productions

• Music festivals

• Nightclubs and DJ performances

• Sporting events and player introductions

• Corporate events

• Arena and stadium productions

• Theater and live entertainment

• Brand activations

• Television and film productions

• Indoor and outdoor special events

Depending on the specific ECO2JET rental system, units may also be integrated into professional show-control environments using DMX or other control methods.

ECO2JET Rental vs. Traditional CO2 Jet Rental

One of the biggest reasons customers search for ECO2JET rentals is convenience.

Traditional CO2 jets remain an excellent choice when a production requires the unique characteristics of genuine liquid CO2. However, ECO2JET-style cryo simulators provide another option when transportation, storage, CO2 availability, tank changes, or high-pressure CO2 distribution becomes difficult.

For touring productions in particular, eliminating dozens of CO2 cylinders can significantly simplify the special-effects package.
